Lolobuy order help: contacts, vocabulary and short answers
Where each kind of question gets answered fastest, a glossary of the terms on Lolobuy pages and our slips, and the questions first-time buyers ask most.
Which channel answers which question
Anything about an order or parcel goes to Lolobuy. Its site has 24-hour online chat, and the help center at lolobuy.com/helpCenter holds 86 articles in six sections. After-sales on a delivered parcel is opened from My LoloBuy, Parcels, and Lolobuy promises a reply within 24 hours.
Complaints about the service can go to [email protected], which Lolobuy says is answered within 24 hours. Reports about non-authentic listings go to [email protected] under its anti-counterfeiting policy.
Community questions fit Lolobuy's Discord, linked from its site and help pages. Something wrong on this site, such as a dead slip or a figure that has changed, comes to us at [email protected].

Glossary of terms on Lolobuy pages and our slips
The words below turn up on Lolobuy's pages, in its order statuses and on our slips. The jargon is small once it is written down.
- QC
- Quality check: the inspection and photos taken when an item reaches the warehouse.
- GL and RL
- Green light and red light, buyers' shorthand for approving a QC set or asking for a return or exchange.
- LO and LI
- Lolobuy's own codes: an LO is an order, an LI is one item within it. Keep a shoe box by quoting the LO number in a remark.
- Stored
- The order status after inspection. The 5-day return window and the 180 free storage days start here.
- In Process, Ordered
- Statuses before the item ships: Lolobuy is buying it, then has bought it. Refunds are fastest at these stages.
- Seller post
- The seller's domestic delivery fee to the Lolobuy warehouse, paid with the item. CNY 10 on every slip here.
- Estimated and real weight
- You pay shipping on an estimate; the parcel is re-weighed when packed, and the difference is refunded or charged.
- Volume weight
- A billing weight calculated from the carton dimensions. The higher of the scale reading and this figure is what you pay on.
- Tax-free line
- Lolobuy's label for some shipping lines. It describes the line, not your own customs decision.
- ShipCare
- Lolobuy's paid parcel protection, 5 to 6 per cent of goods plus shipping.
- Parcel preview
- A paid look at your packed parcel before you pay for shipping.
- Transfer order
- A forwarding order for a parcel you bought elsewhere and sent to Lolobuy's warehouse.
- Made to order
- Produced after you pay. On slip 03, those sizes cannot be refunded.
- Spreadsheet
- A browsable catalogue of products from Chinese shops, grouped by category, with photos and prices.
Short answers, from storage days to shoe boxes
Below: questions frequently asked when someone places a first order from one of our slips.
Do the prices on the slips include shipping?
No. They are the seller's listing price in yuan on October 22, 2026. Add CNY 10 seller post, international shipping and any payment fee; the costs page works an example.
Can I order a slip without a Lolobuy account?
You can open the Lolobuy order page for any slip while logged out, but adding to the cart and paying needs an account.
What if my size shows no stock?
Then it cannot be bought from that listing. Slip 08 is an example: only XS was in stock. Look for the same piece on the shelf or pick another slip.
How long until my item reaches the warehouse?
Lolobuy says Taobao sellers usually dispatch within 3 to 7 days, and items arriving before 17:00 are inspected and stored within 24 hours.
Can I get more QC photos?
Lolobuy's promise page says extra photos are free on request; its price list also has a detail photo service at CNY 1.50 a photo. Ask support which applies.
What happens if the item is wrong?
Ask for a return or exchange within 5 days of the Stored date. For goods in the warehouse, Lolobuy pays the handling fee for an agreed return.
Can I keep the shoe box?
Shoe boxes are removed by default. Leave a remark with the LO item number to keep one.
Will perfume ship to my country?
Check the estimator with a liquid category set. On October 22, 2026, there was no liquid line to the United Kingdom or Australia.
Is this site run by Lolobuy?
