Sellers, listings and finds lists: judging them before a Lolobuy order
What we learned about judging a listing while filing forty-one slips, put as checks you can run in a few minutes.
Testing a finds list, starting with ours
Here is how to judge a finds list, ours among them: start with whether its claims can be checked. Does each entry carry a date, so you know when the price and stock were true? Does it link to the listing itself, not only to a search? Does it say what it did not check? A site that shows QC photos it did not take, or quotes prices without a date, is asking for trust it has not earned.
Then look at maintenance. Open five links at random. Dead listings and sold-out sizes in the first five mean nobody is minding the list.
Our own answers: every slip is dated October 22, 2026, links to both the catalogue entry and the Lolobuy order page, and says we hold no QC photos of our own.

Seller signals you can read on the Lolobuy page
On Weidian you rarely get seller ratings, so read the listing instead. On the Lolobuy order page, look at:
- Stock per option. Real counts (slip 09 had 28 pieces) are a good sign; a flat 999,992 (slip 11) is a stand-in number.
- Rules hidden in options. Slip 03 wrote "non-refundable" into three size names; slip 04's title says discounted goods cannot be returned.
- Odd entries. A phone number inside a size menu (slip 06) tells you the shop wants you off-platform. Stay on Lolobuy.
- Photo count. Thirty-five description photos (slips 03 and 26) let you judge construction; one photo leaves it all to the QC set.
- Measurements. A size menu with centimetres (slip 28) beats any number of styled photos.

Trusting an agent: what to check in writing
A trustworthy agent puts its rules in writing and names who runs it. Check that the operating company is named in the terms (for Lolobuy, HONG KONG BEYOND TECHNOLOGY LIMITED), that fees, storage, return windows and response times are published, and that there is a way to complain above front-line support.
Then test it small. Order one inexpensive item, ask one question through chat and see how long the answer takes, and look closely at the QC set. A first parcel of light accessories costs little and tells you most of what you need to know before a large order.
Where an agent's pages contradict each other, as Lolobuy's do on storage days and photo counts, ask support which figure applies and keep the answer.

A five-minute read of any listing
This is how to pick a piece from a listing in about five minutes:
- Open the Lolobuy order page, not only the catalogue entry.
- Read the full option menu: sizes, colours, models, prices per option.
- Check the stock beside your size.
- Look for a measurement for your size; if none, plan to ask.
- Count the photos and look for one of the actual item, not only a styled shot.
- Decide what you will ask for in the QC set before you pay.
If a listing has forty models under one photo, like slip 15, write the model you want in the remark and compare the QC photo with it.

Mistakes we saw while filing these slips
These came up while filing slips, and each would have cost money:
- Ordering a size with no stock (slip 08 only had XS).
- Trusting a size number that repeats (slip 01's CHN column).
- Buying a made-to-order size without measuring (slip 03, sizes 40 to 42).
- Assuming a title naming two pieces means a set (slip 22).
- Forgetting the phone model for a case (slip 40), which the warehouse does not check.
- Paying for perfume before checking a liquid line exists to your country (slips 33 and 34).
- Letting the 5-day return window pass while waiting for other items to arrive.
The cure for all of them is reading the order page before paying and acting on the QC photos the day they arrive.
