Each slip ties one listing to three checks: why it is included, which warehouse view could reveal a mismatch, and how to read its size options. Start with the exact model and size you intend to buy; a cover photo may represent only one of many variants. Save the slip’s QC question with your order remark, then compare the received item with that selection before approving shipping.

Why it made the cut: The size menu does the work most listings skip: every option spells out the Japanese foot length in millimetres next to the US and UK numbers. The stacked gum sole is the whole look, and the single side photo shows its height plainly.
QC photos to study: One seller photo means the warehouse set is your first full view. Study the top-down shot for whether both stripes sit at the same angle, and ask for a close photo of the sole joint on each shoe, where stray glue on a gum sole shows first.
Fit note: Order by the JP figure, which climbs evenly from 215 to 310 mm. The CHN figure repeats itself twice (225 sits on two sizes, 265 on two others), so it cannot settle a choice on its own.

Why it made the cut: Forty models share this listing, so it works like a small catalogue of black distressed denim. The photo shows one pair; the model numbers lead to the others.
QC photos to study: Which of the forty models is in the cover photo is not stated. Write the model number and a short description in the order remark, and check the warehouse photo against it before approving.
Fit note: Waist sizes are numbers only: 28 to 34 in single steps, then 36, 38 and 40. Measure your waist where the jeans sit, not your trouser label.

Slip 24

Why it made the cut: A large summer tote for under CNY 90, with a matching pouch and the dimensions written into the size option. It carries no brand name in the catalogue, which made it rare among the bags we went through.
QC photos to study: Straw weave can be crushed in transit to the warehouse. Ask for the bag standing, the handle joins, and the pouch, since accessories are the first thing a seller forgets.
Fit note: The listed 34 by 37 cm outer size and 10 cm base do not establish the usable opening. Compare your laptop and case with the measured opening and interior before relying on the bag to carry it. Check the handle drop in the worn photos if you want it on the shoulder rather than in the hand.

Why it made the cut: An oud scent sold in five bottle colours, each with or without a gift box, and photographed from every side across thirteen images. The gift box adds CNY 10.
QC photos to study: Ask for the box seal and the bottle cap; sealed items are not opened by the warehouse, so you will only see the outside.
Fit note: Liquids change the shipping. In our October 22 estimator pull with a liquid category set, the US had one line left and the UK and Australia had none.

The idea

What Lolobuy Spreadsheet is, as this site uses it

In the shopping-agent world, a spreadsheet means a catalogue: product listings from Chinese shops grouped into shelves such as sneakers or jackets, each with photos and a price, so you can browse before you paste a link into an agent. Lolobuy Spreadsheet, on this site, is that catalogue seen through one agent: the shelves are the same, and every link and note assumes you will order through Lolobuy.

What we add is the slip. Most catalogues stop at photo and price. A slip adds the parts that decide whether an order goes well: the size menu read closely, the stock behind each size, the photo to request at inspection, and what Lolobuy's warehouse does and does not check for that kind of item.

The agent

Lolobuy, the agent that fills these orders

Lolobuy is a shopping agent: you send it a link to a product on Taobao, Weidian, 1688 or similar Chinese sites, it buys the item for you, receives it at its warehouse, photographs it, and ships it abroad when you are ready. Its terms name the operator as HONG KONG BEYOND TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a Hong Kong company, and its warehouse address is in Shuangliu, Chengdu.

It is a young service. Its launch notice is dated May 22, 2026, its iOS and Android apps arrived in July, and its own help pages call it a startup. The written promises on its "What is LoloBuy" page are the ones that matter for finds: no purchasing service fee, a free quality inspection before storage, five inspection photos per item plus three for the parcel, and 180 days of free storage.

Where its pages contradict each other, we say so on the page concerned rather than picking the friendlier figure.

Seven steps between a slip and your door

Ordering a find through Lolobuy takes seven steps. The full guide has a screenshot or official image for each; here is the short version.

Create an account (the sign-up form is a pop-up on the home page).
Paste the item link into Lolobuy's search bar, or search by keyword or picture.
Pick size and colour, add a remark if needed, and pay for the item plus the seller's domestic post.
The item arrives at the warehouse, is inspected and photographed, then stored.
When you are ready, choose items in your warehouse and submit a parcel.
Pick a shipping line and pay the international postage.
Track the parcel, confirm receipt and use after-sales if something is wrong.

Choose a tool for your route, fit or warehouse deadline

Use the line finder to compare the archived sample weight nearest your plan, the fit gap calculator to compare the same garment measurement, or the return and storage clock to count from Stored status. A sample route is not a current quote, a small measurement gap is not proof of fit, and a storage reminder does not extend a return deadline. Each tool explains the input you need and the separate check that remains.

None of them needs an account or sends your figures anywhere; the arithmetic happens in your browser. The tools page explains how to use each one.

Before you pay

QC, fit and money, sorted before you pay

QC. Lolobuy checks style, quantity, colour, size label, model and visible damage before storing an item, and photographs it. It does not check measurements, lens strength, linings, print quality or whether electronics work. The QC page lists what to ask for, item type by item type.

Fit. Chinese charts are measured on the garment, often flat. Measuring a piece you already own is more reliable than any conversion table; the fit notes show how.

Money. There is no purchasing service fee, so the cost is the item, the seller's post to the warehouse, any extras, the international line and the payment fee. The chart compares the cheapest 1,000 g line by country. The costs page and shipping page break it down.

Why these slips point to Lolobuy, and when they should not

All forty-one slips point to Lolobuy because this site follows one agent closely, not because other agents cannot buy the same listings. Most agents do the same core job. What Lolobuy offers that is relevant to finds is in writing: no purchasing service fee, free inspection photos, and a page that renders any pasted item link with its full size menu and stock, which is how we built each slip.

There are reasons to look elsewhere too. Lolobuy is months old, it does not publish its exchange-rate margin, and some help pages still carry older figures. The why Lolobuy page sets out both sides, plus why this site keeps slips instead of a bare list.

Updates

Autumn 2026 notices that change an order

Lolobuy posted twenty-one notices between its launch on May 22 and the end of September 2026. The ones that change how you order: a ShipCare protection upgrade in August, new payment channels (PayPal and PIX, then cards through Stripe, crypto, and a CenturyPay card channel with a 4 per cent fee), a warehouse upgrade in Chengdu, a 1-yuan parcel preview service, and a notice on the EU customs reform.

Holiday arrangements for the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day were posted too. The updates page lists them with dates and links to the originals, along with the official YouTube channel and Discord.
